When you step into this ecosystem, you agree to operate with the same integrity, transparency, and respect that drives FRACTAL technology and VERTISAN culture.

PRODUCTS & PRICING
Our drops are limited-run apparel and accessories, architected to carry the FRACTAL energy into the physical world.
All pricing is published in USD, subject to recalibration without notice.
Inventory is scarce by design; once it’s gone, it’s gone.

ORDERS & PAYMENTS
We accept payments by credit card in USD. We accept payments in BTC, USDC, USDT, and ETH.
By placing an order, you authorize the transaction and confirm the data you provide is accurate.
Orders are subject to confirmation. Fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the system will result in instant voiding.

SHIPPING PROTOCOL
We ship globally through a network of trusted providers.
Shipping fees and timelines appear transparently at checkout.
International Customer orders shipped via DDU model: Import duties, VAT, and customs taxes are not included at checkout. Your local authority or courier may request these before delivery. That’s on you — we don’t control your government’s gatekeepers.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed, unaltered gear in original packaging.
Non-returnables: Any items labeled “LTD” or “ASF”.
Refunds flow back to your original payment channel, minus shipping (unless we made the error).

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Logos, graphics, product designs, packaging, NFTs, and FRACTAL/VERTISAN marks belong to James Vertisan et al, and/or www.VTSN.shop.
Copying, cloning, or ripping our assets without explicit permission is prohibited and punishable.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We architect durable goods, but we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Maximum liability is capped at the price you paid for the product in question.

PRIVACY
We respect autonomy. Data shared with us is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

THE LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of NM, USA. Disputes are resolved in the appropriate jurisdictional courts.

ARBITRATION AGREEMENT
We believe in solving conflicts with transparency, clarity and efficiency, not endless courtroom noise. By engaging with www.VTSN.shop, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy between you and us arising out of or relating in any way to these Terms, your use of the Site, or any products purchased through it will be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not in court, and not as part of any class or representative action.

Individual Basis Only
All proceedings must be on an individual basis. You waive the right to participate in a class action, collective action, or consolidated proceeding against us. The FRACTAL path is personal — disputes are resolved one-to-one.

Rules and Forum
Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) or another recognized provider mutually agreed upon, applying U.S. federal arbitration law. Unless otherwise agreed, arbitration will take place in [Your State/County], though remote participation may be permitted.

Costs
Each party will be responsible for its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except as otherwise required by the arbitration provider’s rules.

Small Claims Carve-Out
Either party may choose to pursue a claim in small claims court instead of arbitration if the claim falls within the court’s jurisdictional limits. This preserves access to fast, low-cost resolutions for minor disputes.

Final and Binding
The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding, enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

UPDATES
The FRACTAL network evolves, and www.VTSN.shop evolves accordingly. When we upgrade these Terms, the updated version is published here, with a new effective date. Continued use of www.VTSN.shop equals acceptance of the Terms.
